Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United Kingdom only at this time.

Standard shipping: Royal Mail Tracked 48, FREE, 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Dispatch times: orders placed before 14:00 GMT Monday-Friday are dispatched same-day. Orders placed after 14:00 or at the weekend are dispatched the next working day.

Tracking: tracking number sent by email when the parcel is collected by Royal Mail.

Delays: if your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, contact hello@mbfpets.com - we'll investigate with Royal Mail.

International: not currently shipping outside the UK.
