Not happy for any reason? Contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund -- no questions asked. You do not need to return the product.
To claim: email within 60 days of your delivery date with your order number.
Refund processing: refunds are issued within 5 working days of your request, to the original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We arrange collection at our cost and refund or replace.
Subscription cancellation
Cancel anytime via your account portal. No cancellation fees. Our 60-day guarantee applies to your first delivery. Subsequent deliveries may be returned unopened and sealed within 14 days of each delivery date.
Your statutory rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you also have a 14-day right to cancel from the day after delivery, no reason required. Sealed, unopened pouches in original condition are returnable within this window (you pay return shipping unless the item is faulty). Our 60-day guarantee goes above and beyond this.
